Getting Started
What is SmartQRCodes?
SmartQRCodes is a SaaS platform by Navneet Enterprise (Web Dimension) that lets you create, manage, and track QR codes and Smart Links — all in one place. It is designed for businesses and individuals who want to harness QR codes for marketing, events, product packaging, and more.
How do I create a QR code?
Log in to your account, go to the QR Codes section, and click "Create QR Code." Enter the destination URL or content, customise the design (colours, logo, frame, template), and your QR code is ready instantly.
What types of QR codes can I create?
We support URLs, plain text, email, Wi-Fi credentials, vCard contacts, and more. Simply choose the type that suits your needs during the creation process.
Smart Links
What is a Smart Link?
A Smart Link is a shortened, trackable URL (e.g. s-qc.in/abc123) that you can update at any time without reprinting your QR code. Every click is tracked with device, location, and time data.
What are the short ID lengths for Smart Links?
Smart Link short IDs are either 6 or 8 characters (alphanumeric). You choose the length when creating a Smart Link or doing a bulk import.
Analytics
Can I track the performance of my QR codes and Smart Links?
Yes. SmartQRCodes provides detailed analytics for every QR code and Smart Link — including total scans/clicks, unique visitors, device & browser breakdown, geographic location, and date-range charts. Analytics charts are available on Growth, Premium, and Enterprise plans.
What analytics are available on the Free plan?
Free plan users see total scan and click counts. Detailed charts, geographic breakdown, and device analytics are available on paid plans. Upgrade from the Account Settings page.
Plans & Billing
What plans are available?
We offer Free, Growth, Premium, and Enterprise plans — billed monthly or annually. Each plan has different QR code limits, Smart Link caps, and feature access. See our pricing page for the full breakdown.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Go to Account Settings → Subscription and choose a new plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
We have a strict no-refund policy on all subscription purchases. Once a subscription is activated, it is non-refundable. We encourage you to try the Free plan first and contact support if you have questions before upgrading.
Where can I view billing information or update my payment method?
Go to Account Settings → Billing. From there you can view your current plan, payment history, and update your payment method.
Account & Security
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use HTTPS for all data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data, and strict access controls. API keys are stored as hashed values and shown only once at creation. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I customise my QR codes?
Absolutely. You can change colours, add your logo, apply frames and templates, and adjust the style to match your brand — all from the QR Code editor.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. You will receive a secure reset link by email. The link expires after a limited time for security.
How do I delete my account?
Contact our support team at support@smart-qrcodes.com with a deletion request. Account deletion is permanent and removes all associated QR codes, Smart Links, and analytics data.
Teams & API
Can I invite team members to my workspace?
Yes. Enterprise plan users can invite team members with Viewer, Editor, or Admin roles. Each member gets access to your QR codes and Smart Links based on their role.
Does SmartQRCodes have an API?
Yes. Premium and Enterprise users can generate API keys from Account Settings → API Keys and access analytics data programmatically via our REST API at /api/v1.
Legal & Support
Where are legal disputes handled?
All legal disputes related to SmartQRCodes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, as per our Terms & Conditions.
