By accessing or using the SmartQRCodes platform ("Service") operated by Navneet Enterprise (doing business as Web Dimension), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

SmartQRCodes provides tools to create, customise, manage, and track QR codes and Smart Links ("Short URLs"). Features vary by subscription plan.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Notify us immediately at support@smart-qrcodes.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• SmartQRCodes offers Free, Growth, Premium, and Enterprise plans billed monthly or annually.

• All payments are processed securely via our payment partner (Razorpay). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

• Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. We encourage you to evaluate the Free plan before upgrading. Contact support@smart-qrcodes.com if you have questions before purchasing.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create QR codes or Smart Links that direct to illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or malicious content.

• Distribute spam, phishing links, malware, or any content that violates third-party rights.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other user accounts, or backend systems.

• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

• You are solely responsible for the content encoded in your QR codes and Smart Links.

• You retain ownership of content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and serve that content as needed to provide the Service.

• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law without prior notice.

• API access is available to Premium and Enterprise plan holders via user-generated API keys.

• API keys must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all API usage under your keys.

• We may impose rate limits and throttle or revoke API access if usage violates these terms or degrades platform performance for other users.

• Enterprise accounts may invite team members. The account owner is responsible for ensuring all team members comply with these terms.

• Removing a team member revokes their access immediately. The owner remains responsible for all content created under the workspace.

All rights, title, and interest in the SmartQRCodes platform — including its design, features, trademarks, and underlying technology — are and remain the exclusive property of Navneet Enterprise. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at smart-qrcodes.com/privacy-policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navneet Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navneet Enterprise, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
